Most items are normally shipped the same business day for orders placed before 2PM EST, paid with credit card without complication and except Mondays. Exceptions to this policy are expensive consumer items, items that are specifically designated as "Normally shipped in 1-3 business days" in the item descriptions and drop shipped items. Payment complications include: different shipping and billing addresses, billing information inconsistent with what's on the credit card record, and orders that can't be verified by phone. Orders placed during non-business hours such as evenings, weekends, and holidays are normally processed and shipped on the next business day except Mondays. RenWerXTech.com offers several shipping choices to fit the customer's needs. We currently ship by FEDEX for a majority of shipments, FedEx for systems, US Postal Services only for APO/FPO and non-continental USA addresses, and a trucking company only for large packages. RenWerXTech.com does drop shipping for reseller customers. See Shipping Options for more details.

FEDEX: The most inexpensive way to ship is by FEDEX GROUND. FEDEX shipping charges are calculated in real time with FEDEX's web site, using actual weight of items, shipping distance from Canton, Ohio, and the published FEDEX rates. A nominal charge is added for the packaging materials ($0.25-$3 depending on package size), labor and handling ($1-5 per order), and insurance ($1-5 per order). Due to problems on our server and FEDEX's web site, the calculated shipping cost is occasionally, although rarely, wrong and RenWerXTech.com reserves the right to correct such mistakes. Currently, this is affecting less than 1% of all the orders and the correction could be a decrease.

The more you buy, the less your shipping cost is as a percentage of your total amount and on a per unit basis. For example, shipping one keyboard may cost $10, however shipping four keyboards may cost only $20 ($5 per keyboard).

Shipping cost goes up almost exponentially in the sequence of FEDEX Ground, 3rd Day, 2nd Day Air, and Next Day Air. FEDEX does NOT guarantee air delivery to residential addresses. Check the estimated FEDEX Ground delivery time before choosing a shipping method. Saturday delivery is available from FEDEX but is very expensive.

All FEDEX shipments are insured for damage and missing packages by FEDEX. RenWerXTech.com is not responsible for any physical damage to products by shipping company.

Choose the Adult Signature Required option if you don't want the FEDEX driver to leave your package at your doorstep, which is often important for residential deliveries to apartment complexes where you don't expect anybody home during regular FEDEX delivery hours. RenWerXTech.com is NOT responsible for any loss or damage due to packages left at your doorstep by FEDEX drivers.

We have made it very easy for you to check the status of your order and track your shipment during transit with FEDEX. When you place your order, you are given an Order Number. Your purchase order and order number will be confirmed with an e-mail. A shipping confirmation e-mail will be sent to you near mid-night on the date your package is shipped. During transit of your package, you may enter the Order Number into the lower form on our home page (www.RenWerXTech.com) and click the Track button. Regular FEDEX delivery hours are Monday-Friday, 7-5. We do not guarantee the arrival date of the packages. See a FEDEX map for an estimated arrival date.

Ohio residents: It usually takes only one business day (excluding Saturday) for FEDEX to deliver FEDEX Ground packages to most Ohio locations from Canton, with the exception of the panhandle area where it may take two days. Therefore, FEDEX Ground is sufficient for most Ohio locations and it is not necessary to ship items with FEDEX Next Day Air, Two Day Air or Three Day Select services. You may save a significant amount of money on the cost of shipping. FEDEX does not guarantee delivery date by any shipping method to residential addresses. Nevertheless, we found that the one-day delivery by FEDEX Ground shipping was reasonably reliable to most Ohio locations.

For residents in neighboring states such as Michigan, Pennsylvania, West Virginia, Kentucky, and Indiana: It usually takes FEDEX Ground only two business days (excluding Saturday) to deliver to those locations. Use your judgment if you want to take a chance and save shipping cost with FEDEX Ground or pay a little more with FEDEX 3-Day select that has a guaranteed 3-day delivery.

US POSTAL SERVICES: At this time, we use Postal Services only for shipping to APO/FPO and non-continental USA addresses. FAQ on APO & FPO Shipping.

We currently offer only USPS Priority Mail, which should take 2-3 business days for delivery. We may soon offer USPS Parcel Post, which is equivalent in cost and delivery time to FEDEX Ground. Shipping and delivery confirmation email is provided once a package is shipped and delivered with tracking numbers. Once received, you can use the tracking number to track a USPS package here.

All USPS shipment may be delayed 1-2 business days. USPS does deliver on Saturdays free of extra charge.

FEDERAL EXPRESS: FedEx is the best way to ship systems since FedEx is much gentler to the packages than UPS. You can now track your package with your RenWerXTech.com order number. However, currently FedEx tracking confirmation is not sent automatically and FedEx is not much different in price than UPS. We offer all FedEx shipping options.

If your order number is not trackable, please make sure: (1) you entered only a number. No letters are allowed. (2) Your package was shipped via FedEx. You may also call us to obtain FedEx's tracking number. We are now sending the FedEx tracking information to customers semi-automatically. You may click the link below to track your FedEx package if you know the tracking number already.

NON-CONTINENTAL USA ADDRESSES: Yes, we ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam, and US Virgin Islands addresses, using FEDEX Air (NextDay or 2nd Day) or US Postal Service. Our online shipping calculation may be wrong for these addresses, and manual correction may be required.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: Online ordering is available only to US addresses including HI, AK, PR, GU, and VI, and Canadian addresses. We do ship to all other countries/regions provided that the customer prepays the order, including all shipping expenses. Customers are responsible for duties if any. Shipping charges for international destinations outside North America are quite high and must be prepaid. Our online shipping calculation may be wrong for international shipping and manual correction may be needed. Please use only USA or Canada-based e-mail addresses for online ordering. E-mail addresses with other countries/regions will not be accepted on the ordering pages.

FAQ about International Orders.

DROP SHIPPING: To expedite shipping, sometimes it is necessary to ship products directly from the manufacturer or our distributors to our customers. We call this type of shipping "drop shipping (ds)." This is especially true for items with "ds" at the end of the item title. We send the customer an e-mail if any of the ordered items are drop shipped. Unfortunately, we currently do not provide online tracking for drop shipped packages. The customer needs to call us if tracking is necessary. RenWerXTech.com does not adjust the shipping cost to customer's orders because of the change in shipping distance as a result of the drop shipping.

WALK-IN CUSTOMERS: Yes we do allow customers to pick up their order to save shipping cost. However, we strongly suggest customers place an order first to allow us time to prepare the order. That will save you time when you are waiting. Please allow at least two hours after placing an order and 3-4 hours on Mondays. You should select "Pick-up. No Shipping Charge" as the shipping method on your order. If there is a shipping charge on your order, we will remove it once we process your order. FAQ for Walk-In Customers.
